Chris (K6TMI), "I have had enough of this ham radio repeater stuff to last me a lifetime." Photo taken sometime around 1:30 am Friday night / Saturday morning in the town of Gilroy in our hotel room at the Gilroy Inn. (If you ever go through Gilroy and have to spend the night don't stop at the Gilroy Inn.) What a Dive!!

It's 1:30 am Friday night / Saturday morning and Gerry is fooling around with his new super computer. He purchased this laptop for the "Big Trip" up north to program the site controllers and our Motorola HTs. For some reason we couldn't program the controllers or our Motorola HTs. The computer was just too fast and high tech! Hi Hi

"Marshall, quit making fun of my new computer!"

Gerry did manage to get the laptop to connect to his digital camera and download all the pictures that he took each day with his camera.

"Ah at 2:00 in the morning this bed feels good"

It's 6:30 am on Saturday morning, July 22, 2000. We finally got to bed around 2:00 am. So 4 1/2 hours of sleep just doesn't cut it! Chris (K6TMI) was a real trooper and slept on the floor because the Gilroy Inn didn't have and extra bed for our room.
